This company was recently restrutured for the purpose of enabling efficient management of existing assets as well as engaging in investments in the real estate sector.

The expansion of the group of companies raises the interest in acquiring properties for the purpose of investment and consolidation of its presence in the Mozambican market, reflecting the long-term objectives of the Group. This company will promote, design and build projects. Cogef is also venturing into new construction projects as well as acq uisition and rehabilitation of old buildings, mainte­ nance of established infrastructure and new projects throughout the country.

Cogef multinegocios Real Estate's project is the consolidated expansion and development of the companies of the Cogef Group.

The Real Estate sector is of extreme significance to the restruc­turing of the companies of the Group, allowing these to concentrate on their activities instead of Real Estate related issues, such as finding the premises for the expansion of their business, as well as a maintenance team, etc. The added value of this company is the efficiency of asset management.

Team

Cogef Real Estate is in the process of identifying resources, with the objective of building a multi-disciplinary team, that can meet the expectations and the standards set for all the companies of the Group. This multi-disciplinary team will aim to implement a larger spectrum of activities. It is intended to have quality managers amongst other profes­ sionals, design and implement our projects, have internal auditors for our works amongst others.
