COGEF Group of companies cares about people, whether they are employees, customers, partners or suppliers. Cogef Group, in consonance with the concepts of business ethics and social responsibility which are interconnected, merges the ethics of compassion, generosity, integrity under all circumstances, the respect for humankind and the environment, as well as value differences. In daily business practice Cogef is even more demanding working to provide goods or services for profit not only within the ethics of business, but also comply with the inherent social responsibility to the people of the group and the environment.
The Group's readiness to contribute to support charitable organizations is deeply rooted in the company's corporate culture. Another way found to lessen the discomfort of the less priviledged is through donations, whether they are cash or goods such as wheelchairs, sewing machines, shoes, blankets and food amongst others.
In our projects we are investing in re-cycling paper and plastic, our facilities are prepared to treat waste in a responsible way and care for the environment around and in the community. We equally care for the people by privileging recruitment within the community and in the surroundings, promoting good health of our employees, always in line with current legislation, distribute consumer goods within our range of production and sponsor educational projects amongst other interventions.
